Art Specifications

Illustrator files containing vector art can be scaled down to 25% size. If scaled down, please include output size. Most all others should be at print size.

Every file must be cmyk, 300 dpi. Microsoft documents are only accepted as information. If your client uses Microsoft for their own ad layout, they need to export it as a pdf. We do not take any responsibility for ads in these programs.

Image Ads

Large: 6.25 x 1.5
Medium: 2.25 x 2.75
Small: 1.75 x 2.25

Spot Ads:

Single Spot: 1.6875 x 1.4375
Double Spot: 3.25 x 1.4375

Coupons:

1.25 x 3.125

Photos:

7.375 X 6.5 This should be the finished size after cropping Any photographer that wants control over the cropping of the photos needs this info.

Should fonts be submitted?

You should submit all fonts if you don't have the ability to turn fonts to curves, outlines, etc...

If you are using a licensed font that you purchased, please embed the font or turn it to outlines.
